1. Monthly subscriptions
Compute-wallet plans and optional Admas Cloud database service renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel renewal from Billing, the project Billing tab, or the payment-provider portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period unless the interface explicitly offers immediate termination.
Admas does not impose automatic usage overage. When available credits reach the applicable limit, billable actions pause rather than generating an unapproved overage charge.
2. Refund standard
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused credits do not convert to cash. One-time Flex credits expire 12 months after payment; the purchase is limited to $5–$1,000 and does not renew automatically. This includes partial periods, expired or unused credits, unused account time, changed plans, model or provider changes, and dissatisfaction with AI output. Autonomous AI can make mistakes; purchasing service does not guarantee a particular application, timeline, business outcome, or defect-free result.
We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund or service credit for a verified duplicate charge, incorrect amount, billing-system error, or extended outage attributable to Admas. Discretionary refunds do not create an obligation to issue future refunds.
Welcome, daily-activity, and support credits are grants rather than payments. They have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable. A refund or chargeback of paid value never increases a promotional grant.
Daily free usage is limited to $2 per UTC day, expires at the UTC reset, and does not accumulate in a paid wallet. The lifetime promotional limit is $15. Expiration of unused daily usage is not a charge, forfeiture of purchased value, or basis for a refund.
3. Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this Policy limits a cooling-off right, statutory refund, cancellation right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived in your location. If local law provides a stronger right, that law controls.
4. Coupons and fully discounted invoices
Percentage coupons apply only to eligible Build, Grow, or Scale subscriptions and only for the duration, redemption limit, and expiration displayed. A 100% coupon may make an eligible subscription invoice zero. Eligible fixed-USD coupons from $1 through $50 may discount one Flex purchase per account; they grant only the selected Flex amount and no excess cash or credit balance. No coupon creates a refund right, transferable value, or exemption from the Terms, and coupons never discount Admas Cloud database service. When a subscription discount ends, an active subscription renews at its displayed undiscounted price unless canceled before renewal.
Taxes, foreign-exchange differences, bank charges, and payment processor timing may affect the final amount appearing on a statement. A failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed payment may cause related Paid Credits to be reduced or suspended so the usable balance matches successfully paid value.
5. Admas Cloud database cancellation
The managed database is a separate $15 per project per month subscription. Canceling renewal keeps the service available through the paid period. After that period, Admas may suspend access and begin a limited transfer window. Export or migrate important data before the transfer deadline. Deletion after the retention window is irreversible. Canceling compute does not automatically cancel database service, and canceling database service does not cancel compute.
6. Canceled or incomplete checkout
Leaving checkout before confirmation does not create a subscription. A checkout may remain briefly pending while provider state is reconciled; Admas provides a cancellation path and does not treat an unsigned or unpaid checkout as active service.
7. Report a billing problem
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with the account email, date, amount, and a non-sensitive description. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, webhook secrets, or API keys. We will review provider records and respond as reasonably practical. A card dispute or chargeback may suspend related service while the payment is investigated.
